Instantly. As soon as your payment goes through you get an email with a download link, and the files also appear under Downloads in your account.
What format are the guides?
PDF. They open on any phone, tablet or computer, in any modern PDF reader.
I lost my file. Can I download it again?
Yes. Log in, open My account → Downloads, and download it again. Each purchase includes five downloads.
Will this show up on my bank statement?
The charge appears under a neutral merchant name. See our privacy page for how we handle discretion.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital sales are final once a download has begun — but damaged or wrong files are always replaced or refunded. See the refund policy.
